NYTP offers two different basic models to choose from. All construction includes foam board insulation in walls, ceiling and floor. Roof is sheet metal and siding is wood. Finished inside with wide plank pine unless otherwise specified. Windows and door also included. Structures are built on piers to code.
These structures are shells. Plumbing, electric, heat source, extra additional square footage, foundation, etc...are at an additional cost as per builder's estimate.
